How we ship?
We are using Fedex, USPS and other U.S. Shipping partner to ensure the shipping time.
About U.S Islands, there are few local shipping partner, we are using International shipping service for that, kindly note that cost more shipping fee and more time to be delivered.
Process Time
Most orders can be shipped within 24 to 72 hours, Kindly note a small quantity of some orders still take 3-5 business days to ship depending on inventory and holiday season.
The processing time means we have strict quality control over your items and ensure they are properly packed before shipment.

We ship via FedEx/USPS to All US customers.
USA: 8-14 business days.
USA Islands: 30 to 40 business days.
Kindly note: When the Peak Season comes or at holidays (eg: Mother's day, Valentines' Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthday) please select a suitable shipping way to make sure have your items on time.
At peak seasons like Christmas, the shipping time will be longer than usual that we can not control. So in order to have your items before Christmas, we suggest placing an order no late than December 14th. And We suggest you to choose the fastest shipping method.

Taxes
Warmthone do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties.
Delays
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time . Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Separate Shipments
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
